Drinking Alkaline water - drink after exercising as alkaline water replenishes the electrolyte balance 3 times more than other waters. I have chronic high blood pressure. I have been on 3 different types of blood pressure medications for the last two years because of this. Only these three could keep my pressure down from 223/176. It kept down but only to 169/105 sometimes on a good day it would be in the 145/95 – 99. I was always tired and weak. I began using the EHM 929 Water Ionizer a month ago. We cannot accept returns of Personal items or once-usable items, including, but not limited to ANY ITEM THAT IS USED ON OR TOUCHES THE HUMAN BODY, (unless they have never been opened or used). The reason for this is personal hygiene Issues and FDA Re-Sale Regulations. All items returned must be in new condition. You may return any item for a full credit within 7 days of purchase less shipping and a 20% restocking.

The item must be returned in brand new, completely unused condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. A 20% restocking fee will apply. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 7 calendar days from the original date that the item was paid for, and we must receive the item no later than 14 days from the RMA issue date.

If upon receipt of your purchase you see visible damage, or suspect concealed damage by the shipping carrier you must notify the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. This applies when your package is outwardly damaged or crushed and you can see there is damage to your package.
