Every morning first turn on the water 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Do not use aluminum or copper utensils to avoid chemical reaction.

Do not store alkaline water for too long. (Maximum of two days storage in the refrigerator and one day under normal room temperature in air tight containers)

Avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Do not wash the casing of the Ionizer with water.

Do not obstruct, bend or break the output tube and drainage tube.

Do not hang up the acidic water tube during use so that waste water may flow out easily.

Please remove the plug from the power source when the device is not in use for long period of time.

This unit comes with a Water Divirter Valve for your faucet. Depending on your faucet, you might be required to get additional parts at a hardware store to complete the installation. The unit also comes with some tubing but you might need to get extra depending your set up. They are also other ways to hook up the unit without using your faucet in you have a spout on your sink, etc. If you decide to use the pre-filters, they can also be mounted under the sink. Please consult with a plumber or someone with experience if you need to.

I have been using me machine for about 2 1/2 weeks and I love it.My girlfriend didn't drink water and now she does, that says it all.We had a brita and it just couldn't make the tap water taste good.We have clorinated water and its really nasty.

When I took it out of the box I had it running in 10 min and let me tell you the water that comes out is great.I did a fair bit of research on the machines before I bought and i'm very happy with the quality.

I don't know about you but I work for a living.Some machines go for 2 or 3 grand and I can't justify that kind of cash.

So far we are happy with the water produced by this machine. It does all we expected it to. After using the machine for several week, you can tell a difference in the taste of our water. Even the neighbor children "like our water" Good thing.

I have been using this ionizer for 2-3 months now. The water it produces tastes great and I really love my ionizer! Had a little difficulty getting it hooked up as the adapter which was included, would not work with my faucet. I bought a different adapter at Home Depot, then it was easy to hook up and worked great.

I used to have an ionizer that was much more expensive. There is little noticeable difference in the working and quality, of this one as compared with the one I had before, but a great deal of difference in the price. This one also came with a replacement filter (instead of the testers), and a pre-filtering system, which my earlier one did not have. This is a great product at a great price!
