International orders shipped within 2 business days upon confirmation of payment. International orders shipped using International Standard.

Items must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.

We accept returns within 7 days for a full refund less shipping for unopened, unused, and undamaged items. There is a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be given as refund.

Notify us via email or buy phone within 7 days of receiving the package and send it back within 14 days for refund minus shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns of Personal items or once-usable items, including, but not limited to ANY ITEM THAT IS USED ON OR TOUCHES THE HUMAN BODY, (unless they have never been opened or used). The reason for this is personal hygiene Issues and FDA Re-Sale Regulations. All items returned must be in new condition. You may return any item for a full credit within 7 days of purchase less shipping and a 20% restocking.

The item must be returned in brand new, completely unused condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and any promotional items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. A 20% restocking fee will apply. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 7 calendar days from the original date that the item was paid for, and we must receive the item no later than 14 days from the RMA issue date.
