I have been using this for a couple of weeks, I love it. This shower head has great water flow and can be adjusted to trickle; great feature!!! I do not have to shut the water off and re-adjust the water temperature. (Good for bathing pets, too). I also love how my skin feels after a shower. For this price, I am buying another one for a back up.
